"Donnafugata Music & Wine"
has become a live CD to promote the activities
of ABC Onlus whose chairman Professor
Carlo Marcelletti, director of the pediatric heart surgery unit of Palermo, due to his professionalism and his determination has succeeded in reversing the flow of young patients seeking treatment on "voyages of hope." Today, 60% of young patients reside outside Sicily. The "Donnafugata for the Heart" scholarship will be awarded to young medical students coming from North Africa who, after attending courses at the Mediterranean School for Undergraduate Studies in Pediatric Cardiovascular Science, will be able to contribute in the future to restoring smiles to the faces of families suffering from these pathologies in their home countries.
