Description Transparent
and crystalline to the eye, this grappa offers the
nose delicate scents of wildflowers, hawthorn blossoms
and freshly cut grass, lightly spicy with a pleasant
aroma of yellow stone fruit. Soft on the palate,
with a pronounced personality, good alcohol level
and prolonged aromatic persistence with the retro-nasal
recurrence of the aromas ending on a clean note
of licorice.
Food matches Excellent
at the conclusion of a meal based on grilled fish
and crustaceans.
